Cardboard tubes have long been used as packaging for spirits for a number of reasons. Not only does the cardboard spirits packaging add value to the product, but it also enhances brand awareness by standing out on the shelves or online.
In a growing spirits market, it’s crucial to have unique, premium packaging to attract both consumers and commercial customers. Step 1: Get in touch
Because our product and service are bespoke, you’ll need to get in touch with us so we can create a custom quote and plan for your business. This will cover estimated costs and lead times. Remember, Encircle can offer shorter lead times and a lower minimum order quantity than most competitors.
Step 2: Decide on your design
Once you’ve discussed your spirits packaging requirements with us, you’ll need to select a container type, inside design, closure and lid.
Step 3: Send us your designs
We’ll provide you with guidance on all the possibilities when it comes to printing, features and finishes so that you can supply us with a design that’s a cut above the rest.
Step 4: Production starts
We’ll print the label, add any features and finishes, wind, wrap and slit the tubes according to your preferred option and add the appropriate closures.
Step 5: Out for delivery
Once we’ve completed the batch, we’ll ship them out using the operational expertise of our parent company Stell Cardboard Tubes and Cores.
