Bath oil packaging

Customers won’t feel the full benefit of your bath oil product until they’re laid back in the tub, relaxing and taking it all in. That means that when your product is sitting on the shelf in a shop, it needs to stand out and promise a great experience in advance. You achieve this through high quality, attractive packaging that carries the luxury throughout the customer’s journey – from shelf to tub.

With bath oil packaging from Encircle, you can deliver on this as well as distinguish your brand from the competition. By benefiting from our exciting printing capabilities such as foil blocking, embossing and debossing, you’ll seriously elevate your bath oil brand above the rest, for a luxury, premium feel. We’ll also work closely with you at every stage to help you deliver the biggest impact possible.

Bath oils can be both fragile and expensive. By opting for a cardboard tube with a cylindrical design, you’re giving your product extra resistance to impacts and crushing when compared to standard boxes, whilst still retaining a beautiful exterior.

Tube options

Encircle offers three different tube designs for your products.

Standard Single Container

This comprises a single tube with a base and a lid at one end. Choose this option for the most cost-effective solution for packaging your biscuits or cookies.

Two-part Container

This design offers increased strength and a more premium top-shelf feel. Each part has a base and lid and slides into each other over the internal shoulder (spigot), giving a satisfying, crafted appeal to the package. Choose this option if you really wish to stand out on the shelves.

Telescopic Container

This premium double-walled design offers the highest level of protection for your fragile bath oil with an exciting element of theatre upon opening. This type of cardboard bath oil packaging uses an inner tube with an outer tube placed over the top to form a closure. Choose this design if you’re looking to deliver an exciting unboxing experience for your customer.

For all of these cardboard bath oil packaging options, you can expect:

  • Fully recyclable packaging
  • UK manufactured
  • Bespoke Sizes and Prints
  • Large printable area
  • Made from FSC approved material
  • All-cardboard options for easier recycling

Lid Options

Finally, each container needs a closure or lid. Select from the following options:

Curled End

The most environmentally-friendly solution for your cardboard bath oil packaging because the entire tube can be recycled in a single waste-stream. The ends of the container are curled and a cardboard disc is secured in place. This gives the container a very neat and crafted look.

Metal

Metal ends and lids will provide your bath oil packaging with style and strength, best suited for premium food products. A seamed metal end creates a permanent seal. Embossing lids with custom designs such as your logo is also an option we provide.

Plastic Caps

Provides the most effective closure system and is available in a range of sizes and colours. For a more permanent closure, caps can be stapled or riveted.
